-Preliminary research suggests that cognitive behavioural treatment is at least as effective as medications in the short-term and probably more effective in the long-term.
-Only the above beta-blockers have been studied for performance anxiety, but as both hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs are effective, there is no reason to believe that other beta-blockers would not also work.
